Over 25 years of filing returns, training professionals, running a service bureau, and building systems that work — Our founder created The Authentic Consulting Firm because she saw too many people enter this industry without the foundation they needed to survive it.

The Story
Our founder started in this industry before most of today's tax educators were filing their first returns. She learned from experience — from filing clients, navigating IRS notices, building workflows, managing preparers, and doing the unglamorous work that turns a good preparer into a great one.
Over 25 years she built a reputation for one thing above everything else: compliance. Not because it was required — because she understood that the foundation you build determines everything that comes after it. A compliant file protects the client. A compliant office protects the preparer. A compliant organization can scale without liability following it everywhere it goes.

When she launched The Authentic Consulting Firm the goal was never to be the biggest.
